The agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Tamreen Sports Consulting Co., the Kuwaiti company that operates Padel KW, an app for finding, hosting and joining padel matches in Kuwait. Using the app means you accept them.

Commercial registration: 531660. Licence: 2026/4823.

The company is registered in the State of Kuwait and operates from Kuwait. The laws of the State of Kuwait govern these terms, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. You can register with an email address and a password, or continue with Google or with Apple.

The minimum age for Padel KW is 16. Sign-up will not accept a date of birth that makes you younger than that, and any account found to belong to someone under that age is removed.

What you write about yourself has to be true, and one account belongs to one person. Your password is your responsibility, and what happens from your account is attributed to you.

Your stated gender is set once, when you build your profile. Changing it afterwards opens a support request and the decision belongs to staff, not to the player, because women-only matches are built on it.

Matches

A host is responsible for the court they booked and for the accuracy of the match details: the club, the time, the duration and the price. If they cannot play, they hand the match to another player or cancel it.

You are responsible for turning up to any match you join. Leaving more than 24 hours before the match reopens your seat to somebody else. Leaving inside 24 hours puts your seat up for a replacement, and you stay responsible for it until the host approves whoever takes it.

The app lists matches and organises seats. It does not book courts, and it is not a party to any agreement between you and a club or between you and the other players.

Payment

The app does not hold money, does not move money, and accepts no payment method at all. The host enters what the booking cost, and the app divides it by four to show each player their share.

Payment happens directly between you and whoever booked the court, outside the app. Any disagreement about an amount or a refund is between you, and the app neither guarantees it nor settles it.

Results and level

Results are entered by players and confirmed by the other team. A disputed result is frozen and counts for nobody until it is resolved.

A result cannot be saved when a whole team is made up of seats held for people who are not in the app, because nobody on that side could confirm it or contest it.

You set your own level today, and you can change it. The app keeps one level for you, not a history of it: a change replaces the number that was there, and the old number is not kept. A level changed by staff rather than by you is written into the staff record, which staff read and you do not.

Conduct and content

Your bio, your messages and the photo you upload are your content and your responsibility. Content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, impersonating, or that belongs to somebody else without their permission, is not allowed.

By uploading content you give Padel KW permission to display it inside the app for the purpose you uploaded it for, and for nothing else. The content stays yours.

Do not try to reach other people’s data, disrupt the service, or extract the app’s content automatically.

Women-only matches are for accounts whose stated gender is female, and the database itself refuses anyone else sight of them or entry to them.

Reports and staff decisions

You can report any player or club from inside the app. A report is read by staff, and the person reported is never told that you reported them.

You can block any player. Blocking works both ways: you stop seeing them and they stop seeing you.

Staff can suspend an account, restrict it, cancel a match or correct a result, where somebody repeatedly fails to turn up, enters false results, harasses another player, or breaks these terms in any other way.

A suspended account can write to support. A staff decision is final inside the app, and it takes away no legal right before a court.

What the app does not guarantee

The app is provided as it is. It does not guarantee that a match will happen, that a court is really booked, that what another player wrote is true, or that anybody will behave well.

Padel KW is not responsible for injuries, for damage, for financial loss, or for any dispute between players or between players and a club.

The app depends on third-party services for hosting, storage and email, and an outage at one of them is an outage Padel KW does not carry.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account and Security screen inside the app. Deletion is permanent, and exactly what goes and what stays is written out in the Privacy Policy.

Padel KW can suspend or delete your account if you break these terms, or if keeping it is harming another player.

Changes and contact

These terms may change. A change is shown inside the app before it takes effect, and carrying on using the app afterwards means you accept it.
